It’s been a great few weeks with brief trips to Lake Tahoe and Sea Ranch, CA. Lulu had a blast digging in the sand and making friends on the trails. It was dog behavior at its best.

On this week’s Good Dog podcast, Jean Donaldson describes the top ten dog training tips including, expect your dog to act like a dog. Sounds obvious but, somehow, we often get frustrated when they do things like bark and lick. That’s their job!

Jean advises us to make our dogs work for their food and avoid laying guilt trips on them. As with kids, it’s useless.
