Its research arm, the Center for Housing Policy, develops solutions. Keith Wardrip, Senior Research Associate at the Center for Housing Policy discusses with host Joanne Greene a recent report, “Building California’s Future”, that analyzed housing construction and its economic impact in California. The findings overall, indicated that California’s economy benefits substantially when a new home is built even with the economic downturn and declining home values.
