True separation anxiety in dogs is a serious disorder treatable with a combination of behavior modification and, perhaps, medication. The anxiety that many dogs experience when separating from their owners is far easier to handle and, in this episode of “Good Dog”, canine trainer and behaviorist Trish King offers tools for helping your pup handle the times when you’re not around.
