Specific, targeted drills to warm-up with can help you gain strength, and improve your swing, as Kirk Jones of The Golf Institute of Technology, explains.
Warming up before you go out and play golf is always a good idea. Kirk Jones of The Golf Institute of Technology explains a few simple exercises on this episode of Golf Smarter Tips. For instance, try swinging your club with your left hand only. The strength of your hand, wrist and forearm will improve and you will be able to feel your arm swing move your body turn — as it always should. If your body turn is too fast, you risk not hitting the ball at all.
