For the first time in nearly 75 years, the bulldog is one of the top 10 most popular breeds in America. According to the American Kennel Club, which has been keeping track of such things since the 1800’s, the Labrador Retriever is still the top dog for the 17th straight year. Hear about trends in breed popularity and why tiny dogs, like the Yorkshire Terrier, continue to climb the popularity scale. Lisa Peterson of the AKC talks about preferences in different cities and states and how trends have shifted over the years.
